Salary: 4100 - 6000 Euros gross/ month

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (On-site/ hybrid)

What you will do:

  • Oversee and take responsibility for the execution of motion projects: including client understanding and shaping the brief, conducting research, ideation, creating concepts, storyboarding, providing feedback, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client requirements
  • Manage a team of designers: providing design and technical support in daily work, sharing knowledge and regular feedback, planning and monitoring work, delegating tasks, checking the process, conducting one-on-ones, and setting goals, keeping the team motivated
  • Participate in recruitment of new team members and onboard them to their work
  • Work closely with clients, presenting visual concepts and design ideas, and discussing project progress
  • Support project managers by providing accurate time estimates and maintaining a consistent flow of communication
  • Develop prototypes, mockups and animatics in order to communicate and test ideas
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance digital experiences, maximize user engagement, and drive business growth
  • Follow and develop the clients’ brand guidelines in 3D area
  • Optimize the efficiency of the workflow by using new technologies (AI) and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of digital innovation



Job requirements

We look forward to working together if:

  • You have 6+ years of experience in 3D, graphic, and motion design, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex digital projects
  • You have 3+ years of experience of managing a team
  • You have experience and interest in Unreal Engine
  • You have a portfolio that demonstrates an amazing body of work with a process-focused approach. A mix of commercial work and experimentation with new techniques would be ideal, showcasing different stages of the 3D creation process
  • You have an excellent technical and creative knowledge of Cinema4D and Redshift is a must, alongside Adobe Creative Suite, predominantly After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • You know how to communicate clearly using design language to people in teams with different competencies like graphic designers, copywriters, 2D motion designers. Understanding that usually 3D language can be very technical and needs some translation.
  • You have the knowledge and experience of working with spatial and architectural visualizations (e.g. TwinMotion or similar)
  • You have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members effectively
  • You are fluent in English
